Louise is a coach, trainer, and mentor who believes that great leadership comes from empowering others. She is committed to helping individuals unleash their full potential by leveraging the right skills, mindset, and opportunities.
As a certified organisational coach, Louise founded Papillon Coaching - a private coaching business to help unlock the potential of her clients. Louise provides freelance mentoring, 1:1 executive coaching and training. She specialises in helping clients in marketing, digital or start-ups.
Louise is a strong believer in the power of mentoring and has participated in informal and formal mentoring programs including with the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) and the Orbispace Initiative.
Louise has also been an active supporter of Macquarie University Master of Marketing program and the Marketing department, where she has also served as speaker and mentor.
As a qualified professional trainer (Cert IV in Training and Assessment) Louise served as a Tutor/Teacher, at Sydney Community College and the American Arts Film and Television Academy.
